What is the difference between printed and printable/digital?
A printed item is one that we print and ship to you. A digital or printable file is one we email to you that you can then print at home or upload to a photo lab or print place.
What is the difference between Jpeg format and PDF format?
Jpeg format is the same format at most photos. If you are going to have them printed as a photo by uploading to a photo lab, you will want to order Jpeg format. PDF format is best if you are going to print at home or at a copy place. PDF format will print as a full size 8.5 x 11″ page. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view your PDF file. This is a free download on the Adobe website.
Where do I get my invitations printed?
If you choose Jpeg format and want to get them printed as a photo, you can use any photo lab- CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Costco, Shutterfly, Snapfish, etc.
What software or materials do I need?
If you are printing yourself, you would need a PDF reader for a PDF format file. Adobe Acrobat is a free download. Invitations look best on matte card stock as do favor tags, thank you cards, and signs. Card stock can be purchased at most office supply stores- I use Staples for mine.
How long does it take to ship if I order the printed option?
I will email a proof within 24-48 hours. Once I receive approval, I will print and get in the mail within 1-3 business days . We are not open Sundays. Orders are shipped via first class or priority mail.
How long does it take to receive a digital file?
I will email a proof within 24-48 hours. If there are no changes to be made, you can use this file to print from.
